Parchment instructions

Former AES High School students can order transcripts through Parchment

For school records that are not available through Parchment and for former Middle and Elementary School students, please contact withdraw@aes.ac.in for further information on obtaining school records.

Ordering your high school transcript electronically is quick and easy to navigate. Parchment can send your transcript to any destination worldwide. Please follow the instructions below to create an account and order your transcripts online or on paper. 

Step One: Register for your free account 

  1. Visit https://www.parchment.com 
  2. American Embassy School does not require a registration code. Please click on “I don’t have a registration code.” 
  3. Build your profile and enter basic enrollment information. Hit “Sign Up.” Check your email to verify the code. 
  4. Click on (+) in the middle of the page above “start by adding a school or organization you attended.” 
  5. Select your High school. Enter "American Embassy School", use the “Advanced Search” option to select “High School” and “India” and select "Search." 
  6. Add the school. 
  7. Fill out any additional information, answer the FERPA Privacy Right, and click on “Consent and Request.”


Step Two: Request your transcript 

  1. Login to your parchment.com account. Click on “Order” 
  2. Select your destination and complete the information. You can choose to send your transcript to a university, another high school, and to yourself or another individual. If you choose “An Academic Organization, Admissions Office, Business, or Other Organization”, please enter the name or use the Advanced Search option, and click “Search” and “Select.” 
  3. If you choose “Yourself or Another Individual” you need to choose the delivery method: electronic delivery (email) or paper transcript (printed & mailed). Please enter the mailing address if necessary.
  4. Revise the order details and click on "Save and Continue."
  • Most electronic orders are free of charge; however, paper orders will incur a fee. Payment can be submitted by credit card. 


NOTE: Please allow two working days as processing time.

Step Three: Track your transcript 

1. Log into your parchment.com account 

2. Click "Transcripts" 

3. Click "Track"
