In memory of Douglas Christopher Pope, who sadly passed away on February 5, 2024. Doug was part of the AIS graduating class of 1971.
From his sister, Deborah Pope Starbuck (AIS Class of 1969)
"I am so sad to announce the death of my brother Doug [Pope] class of 1971! He unexpectedly died on February 5, 2024 from complications of bladder cancer. We are devastated as a family and so grateful that we all gathered for his 70th birthday in October! It was a total gift for us as his siblings! Cannot explain the size of the hole that has left in the wake of his passing! Aloha Doug! We so loved calling you brother!"
